David is President and Owner of Tetra Management Services, a company dedicated to helping organizations and leaders grow and develop. Tetra is a provider of Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, and Personal Coaching for small to medium-sized organizations. David has worked with hundreds of organizations throughout Greater Cincinnati over the last 23 years. David’s outside activities include serving on the Board of Education at Northwest Local School District (two years as President), YMCA Board Member, Colerain Township Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Church Elder at Northwest Community Church, and volunteer for People Working Cooperatively.
Doug is the Group Vice President for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. He oversees the operations of 4 branches within the Cincinnati YMCA association. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa. Doug has spent over 20 years working for the YMCA at various locations in the Midwest. Before moving to this area, he spent 9 years working for the YMCA in St. Louis, MO. Doug currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Colerain Township Business Association. He resides in Union, Kentucky with his wife Tina and two sons.
Kathie is a real estate agent with Sibcy Cline Realtors. She currently resides in Colerain with husband Rick and daughters Mackenzie and Samantha. She is a graduate of Colerain High School (1989) and University of Cincinnati (B.S. Biology, 1993). She has grown up in Colerain Township, which includes working nearly 20 years at Clippard YMCA in Aquatics. Kathie serves as NWLSD PTA President’s Area Advisor, on Colerain High School PTA, and on Hamilton County Council of PTAs. She also volunteers locally on the YMCA Board of Directors as well as the Colerain Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Michael Long, CPA/PFS, is a partner of Long, Schaefer & Company, Inc. and Long Schaefer Financial Advisors, LLC, where he is focused on helping businesses and individuals create, maintain and distribute wealth with tax efficiency and peace of mind. He is a graduate of Colerain High School and Miami University. Michael is a past President & Treasurer of the Harrison Exchange Club, past Chairman of the Northwest Schools Accounting Advisory Committee, member of the Northwest Schools Business Advisory Committee, member of the Western Economic Council, member of the Nova Caesarea Harmony Lodge #2 F&AM, member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite – Valley of Cincinnati, and a member of the Izaak Walton League of America.
Susan is a financial advisor for Thrivent Finacial, Tristate Group. She has worked in the financial industry for over 25 years and enjoys helping people be wise with money so they can live more generously. Susan and her husband live in Colerain Township and have four children and three dogs. In addition to her position on the Board of the Colerain Chamber, Susan leads the Wise Runner’s Club at the YMCA and is Committee Chair for the All City Middle School XC Meet. In the Fall you will find Susan cheering on her favorite football team, the Colerain Cardinals!
Jeff grew up and resides in Colerain Township with his wife and three sons. He earned his
degree in Business Management. He then joined the family business the Jeffrey Allen
Corporation, a landscape Construction firm, a Colerain Township based business. While learning the many facets of the business, he was promoted to Vice President in 1988. He oversees maintenance operations and is Director of New Business Development. Jeff also is a member of the Colerain Township Business Association. He has served on the Board of Clippard YMCA Committee of Management for the past 15 years. He is also an active volunteer at his local parish.
Chris Brown grew up in Colerain Township and is a Colerain High School graduate. He owns the FASTSIGNS business in Colerain, which he and his father established in 2003. FASTSIGNS creates custom signs, banners, graphics and other visual communication solutions that increase visibility in, at or on a building, floor, wall, vehicle or event. Chris received the Colerain Chamber’s “Rising Star” award in 2015. He regularly volunteers with UPS and People Working Cooperatively for the “Ramp It Up for Veterans” project, a local effort to install home ramps for disabled vets. When time permits, Chris enjoys golf, music, and travel.
Pauletta Crowley is the Director of Community and Student Services for the Northwest Local School District. She graduated from the College of Mount St. Joseph with a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education in 1993 and from the University of Cincinnati with a Masters in Educational Administration in 1998. Pauletta began her 21 year career at Northwest as an elementary teacher and administrator, moved into the position of administrator at the middle school level, and is currently a member of the Central Office Administrative Team and an avid ambassador for the Northwest Local School District. She is a board member of the Monfort Heights/White Oak Community Association, the Colerain Township Business Association, and is a member of the Northwest Exchange Club and the Western Economic Council. She serves on various committees for several community groups. Pauletta and her husband Joe live in Monfort Heights and have 3 grown children.
John Torbeck is the Business Development Officer for LCNB National Bank. Prior to joining LCNB four years ago, he was in the construction and recreation business for over thirty years. John was president of the Greater Cincinnati Homebuilders Association in 1989, and President of the Greater Cincinnati Indoor Tennis Association from 1982-83. He is currently President of the Northwest Exchange Club, and a member of the CTBA.
Jeff is a Vice President at Rumpke Waste & Recycling, headquartered in Colerain Township. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. His outside activities include serving as Trustee for the Mill Creek Watershed Council of Communities and serving as a member of the Hamilton County Recycling and Solid Waste Management District’s Zero Waste Committee, the Saint Bernard Community Improvement Corporation and the National Waste and Recycling Association. Over the years, Jeff and his family have also been active volunteers at their local parish and at local schools.
