The Colerain Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors includes eleven (12) voting board members and two (2) advisory board members represented by Colerain Township and the Northwest Local School District. Board members can serve as many as three, 3-year terms on the board and must be members in good standing throughout their time of service. As you can see, having fun is incorporated into our board activities which foundationally serve the chamber's core focus to Support, Connect and Celebrate.

Kerri Robers,
President
Kerri Robers President of the Colerain Chamber of Commerce and a lifelong Colerain resident and Colerain High School graduate. She brings extensive experience in community leadership, event management, and strategic planning, most recently serving as Community Event Manager for Miami Township (Hamilton County).
Kerri’s background includes leadership roles at Receptions Event Centers and experience as a small business owner. She has been recognized for her service with the We Thrive Community Champion Award and the Carol Smith Award and currently serves on the Side-by-Side Advisory Board and as a Trustee of the Colerain High School Boosters Association.
Beth Jones,
Events, Marketing & Engagement Coordinator
Beth Jones serves as the Chamber's Events, Marketing, and Engagement Coordinator, playing a key role in supporting the board, its president, and the Chamber’s membership. She works closely with members to ensure they receive valuable resources, networking opportunities, and engagement within the business community. With over 20 years of experience in client services, accounting, and human resources, Beth brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is dedicated to enhancing member experiences through well-organized events, strategic marketing efforts, and meaningful connections.

Andrea is the Sales & Marketing manager at Blust Motor Service Inc., an International Truck Dealership and Repair Center on Colerain Ave. Prior to joining her family at Blust, Andrea was a Retail Sales and Merchandising Manager at Macy's and a Store Manager at Babies "R" Us. Andrea spends most of her time away from work sitting in the stands watching her younger 2 children participate in sports or traveling to the coast to visit her oldest son in The United States Coast Guard.

Troy is a nationally certified Compliance Officer with Sharefax Credit Union, a federally-insured financial cooperative. He frequently volunteers in the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University and is active in his local church. Troy also chairs a local financial crimes compliance roundtable of his peers.

Dean is the Municipal/Public Sector Accounts Manager serving across greater Cincinnati from Rumpke's corporate headquarters. Prior to joining Rumpke in 2010, Dean enjoined a 15-year career in Real Estate sales involving residential and commercial properties. Dean has a passion for Colerain and Cincinnati and is also currently also serving on the Keep Cincinnati Beautiful Board of Directors. Dean was born and raised in Colerain, is a lifelong westside Cincinnatian, and is a dedicated family man with 3 adult children.
Nancy Hollenkamp
Aubrey Rose Foundation
Nancy is the Executive Director of the Aubrey Rose Foundation, which is a 501C3 organization that helps children with life-threatening medical conditions and their families. Nancy is also the co-founder of Writely Sew, an embroidery, embellishment, and promotional products company. Nancy retired from Duke Energy after 41 years. She and her husband are long-time West-side and have two adult, married children and 5 grandsons.
Leah Marie Kirsch
Huntington National Bank
Leah Marie is a Business Banking Development Officer at Huntington Bank with nearly 20 years of banking experience. She previously served as Business Banking Branch Manager at US Bank. Her banking experience is augmented by her experiences operating two family-owned businesses. Leah Marie served four years as President of the College Hill Business Association, is involved in the Morgan Ross and Ross High School PTO. Raised on the West Side of Cincinnati, she graduated from McAuley High School and receiving her Master’s in Business from Miami University.
Jim Diebold

After 20 years of corporate roles and business ownership, Jim decided to leverage all of that experience and become a business coach and trainer. His passion is partnering with organizations and helping owners and leaders get their time back while still growing their businesses. Jim, his wife Cindy, and son Jack volunteer in various capacities with their church and in the community. Jim also volunteers with the Dan Beard Council of Scouts BSA.

Evan is the President of White Oak Gardens, a retail garden center and landscape company located in Colerain. He serves as treasurer for the Midwest Landscape Network and is a member of the Cincinnati Flower Growers Association. He has volunteered on the Selection Committee of Paint the Town and been a mentor at the Boys & Girls Club.
Drew Hughes
Compton Recycling
Drew is the General Manager at Compton Recycling, a family-owned metal recycling center in Colerain. Prior to taking over operations at Compton Recycling, Drew ran a digital marketing company and worked as a nonprofit recruitment coordinator. He is a proud father of two children, a volunteer at Crossroads Church, and an officer of Nova Caesarea Harmony #2 Masonic Lodge.
Tashonda Wooten
The Balloon Parlor
Tashonda is a Cincinnati native, wife, and mother of three with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare administration at UC Medical Center. In 2020, she founded The Balloon Parlor, a creative business serving Greater Cincinnati with custom balloon décor. Passionate about giving back, Tashonda leads community-focused initiatives like “Pack the Parlor” and is dedicated to strengthening connections through creativity and service.

Ryna is the owner/director at Total Quality Childcare located in Colerain Township. Changing her career path by building a new business from the ground up has been an incredible journey of learning . While raising her children she was actively involved in volunteer efforts at their school and in the community. She continues those efforts with the same passion, purpose, and drive.
Ja'Lah Willingham
Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly
Ja’Lah is the Executive Director of Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly since 2022. An experienced nonprofit professional in the aging services field, she brings expertise in nonprofit management, fundraising, volunteer engagement, and community outreach. Ja’Lah is passionate about strengthening communities through service, connection, and support for older adults.

As Director of Economic Development for Colerain Township, David's role is to attract businesses to the Colerain area through activities consistent with the township's objectives. David has most recently served as Chief of Staff for two City of Cincinnati council members, Betsy Sundermann and Amy Murray. David has adult-age kids and serves as the Executive Director for the Colerain Community Improvement Corporation.
Darrell Yater
Northwest Local School District
Darrell Yater has worked for Northwest Local Schools for over 24 years and in education for 30 plus years. He has served in various teacher and administrative roles including being a Milken Educator of the Year award winner. Over his years of experience, he has created partnerships with a variety of providers in the areas of special education, mental health, and school leadership.
